Lutu Muhammad Farm is a 1st Generation family owned produce farm. My wife and I wanted something tangible, purposeful and everlasting to pass down to our future generations of lineage, so in 2020 we began our life’s work of returning our family to the rich lifestyle of living off the land and farming.

Our farms focus is the growing and all-natural cultivation of lettuce and salad greens. Farming is about growing what you love, and we are a family that appreciates a diet of balanced greens. We also grow all natural grains and various seasonal greens and vegetables. I define our foods that we grow as “PURE” and “NATURAL” I give them this definition because we practice the upmost standards of cleanliness and Godliness on our farm. Synthetic pesticides are never used on our farm and non-gmo seeds are never planted in our soil. We feel that food should be as pure and clean as The Creator of our universe intended it to be and that food should extend our lives rather than shorten our lifespans.

A phrase you quickly learn when you step into the realm of farming is “You don’t farm to become rich.” For us farming is a way of life we wanted for ourselves and for our kids, we wanted lives with a purpose. In my wife and I culture we are taught that when you leave this earth you should have made it better than how you entered it. There are many great people in the world doing all types of wonderful things to make our world better and for us this is our calling to do our part in truly leaving this earth better than how we entered it and to pass on that sense of understanding to our future generations.

Feeding good food to the people is what we live to do. To be more efficient at feeding people you must be accessible to the people. Our goal for this year is to build our own farm food trailer so that we can bring the wholesomeness of our farm directly more frequently and conveniently to the local community that we serve.
